Using the assistant
Ask for class attendance, results and more in plain language.
If your school has switched on the AI Assistant, it is the fastest way to get numbers about your classes — just ask in plain language instead of opening menus.
Where to find it
The assistant appears as a chat, usually reachable from your dashboard or a button in the corner. Type a question and it answers from your school's data, limited to what you as a teacher are allowed to see.
What you can ask
- “My class attendance today”
- “Class-wise attendance” for a breakdown across classes
- “Attendance summary for this month”
- Questions about results for the classes you teach
Natural phrasing works best. “Class 8 attendance today” is understood just as well as a formal query.
It only shows your classes
The assistant respects your role. You get answers about your own classes and subjects — not the whole school and not other teachers' classes. Ask for something outside your access and it will simply not have it.
If it does not know
The assistant answers from real data. If the information is not there — for instance attendance that has not been marked yet — it tells you plainly rather than making something up.
The assistant is a shortcut, not a separate system. Anything it reports, you can also see in the normal attendance and marks screens.
