Signing in
Use the login the school gave you and see your child.
Your school gives you one login that lets you follow your child — attendance, fees, results and notices. If you have more than one child at the school, the same login covers them all.
What you need
You need your school's Ovium web address and the username and password the school gave you. The username is usually your registered mobile number or email.
Did not receive a login? Ask the school office. Only the school can create or reset parent logins.
Signing in
Open the school address
Type your school's Ovium address into any browser on your phone or computer.
Enter your login
Type the username and password from the school and sign in.
Set your own password
The first time, change the password to something private that you will remember.
Seeing your child
After signing in you see your child's summary. If you have more than one child here, you can switch between them — each shows their own attendance, fees and results.
Using it like an app
On a phone you can add Ovium to your home screen from the browser menu (“Add to Home screen”), then open it with one tap like any other app.
