Getting help
Where to look when something is not working, and how to report it.
Most questions have a quick answer. Here is where to look, in order, when something is not working the way you expect.
Check the guide for your role
The section for your role — School Admin, Teachers or Parents — covers the common tasks step by step. Use the search box (or press Ctrl+K) to jump straight to a topic.
Ask the built-in assistant
If your school has the AI Assistant switched on, you can ask it plain-language questions like “my attendance this month” or “today's fee collection.” It answers from your school's own data, scoped to what your role is allowed to see.
Common problems
| Problem | What to try |
|---|---|
| Password not working | Ask your school office to reset it. An admin can set a new one for any teacher or parent. |
| Cannot see a class or child | Your account may not be linked yet. Ask the admin to check your role and links. |
| A page looks wrong or old | Refresh the page (pull down on mobile, or Ctrl+F5 on a computer). |
| A payment did not show | Give it a minute and refresh. If it still is not there, tell the office with the payment reference. |
Reporting something to the school
When you contact the office, say what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead — and include the child's name or class if relevant. That is usually enough to sort it out quickly.
Teachers and parents: your first point of contact is always your school office, not the software maker. The admin can fix accounts, reset passwords and adjust access.
