Document design & watermark
Brand the mark card, admit card and fee receipt, add a watermark.
Fee receipts, admit cards and report cards can carry your school's own look — an accent colour, the seal, a signatory line and an optional watermark. Set it once and every document uses it.
Opening document design
From the platform/settings area, open Document design. The settings here apply across your printable documents, so you brand everything in one place.
What you can set
| Setting | What it changes |
|---|---|
| Accent colour | The highlight colour used on headers and lines. |
| Header | Whether the school seal and name appear at the top. |
| Signatory | The name/title on the signature line. |
| Footer text | A line at the bottom of the document. |
| Watermark | A faint diagonal label across the page, with adjustable text and strength. |
Adding a watermark
Turn the watermark on
Enable the watermark and type its text — for example your school name or “ORIGINAL.”
Set the strength
Adjust how faint or bold it is so it is visible but does not obscure the content.
Save and preview
Save, then open a receipt or report card to see it applied.
Keep the watermark light. It should be readable behind the text, not competing with it.
Where the design shows up
Your settings flow through to fee receipts, admit cards and report cards automatically. Change a setting and the next document you open uses it — no need to re-brand each one.
